Interior Packages
Our interior packages are the ideal complement to any building design project or can be used as a standalone service. With flexibility at their core, you can choose to implement any combination of packages based on your individual needs and requirements.

Concept Plan
Your journey begins with a meeting between you and our Designer to discuss your design goals and finalise the design brief. Next, the Designer will visit your site to assess the scope of work and take measurements.
Following this, we'll create a schematic floor plan based on your provided plans and offer design guidance throughout this phase. The final step of the concept plan stage includes one review session with the Designer, in addition to your initial concept presentation.

Concept & Vision
Next, our designer will visit your site to assess the scope of work and take measurements while offering general design guidance during the appointment.
Following this, we'll create a curated colour scheme and mood board to define the overall style and direction of the project. You'll then be invited to our office, where we'll present the selections in detail and finalize the concept during this meeting.

Selection Schedule
We'll start by creating a physical sample display of all proposed selections, allowing you to touch and see the elements for your build. Next, we'll research materials like flooring and tiles and provide a detailed construction schedule, encompassing items such as fixtures, fitting and cost allowances. After finalising the selections, we'll attend two design appointments with you—one for joinery and one for appliances. We'll then update the schedule to be construction-ready and organize a presentation to review all selections in detail.

Detail Plans & 3Ds
Once the elevations are complete, we create realistic 3D perspectives of the design, which really brings the vision to life! Next, we’ll fully detail the elevations to ensure they are construction-ready, which helps streamline the process for Builders and reduces back-and-forth for yourself when the build is in process. At the end of this stage, our Designer will coordinate with your chosen builder to discuss the concepts and selections before finalising everything.

Exterior Colour Selections
Our Designer will assess your site to assess the scope of work. We’ll then create a detailed exterior colour schedule with all selections, ready for the trades to start. After the concept presentation, we’ll update the 3D model (if available) with the colour selections so you can fully visualise how everything will come together.

Furniture Selections
Typically, this is the final and one of the most exciting steps in your project, so you're almost there! We'll start by reviewing the design layouts from your provided plans and offering feedback on furniture placement, layouts, and spatial planning. Next, we'll draft a document outlining all selected pieces. Then, we'll visit suppliers and retailers and set up showroom appointments so you can see the items in person.
To wrap up, we offer an optional styling service to arrange all your purchased items.
