• At the beginning of Stage 2, we develop the design according to your feedback, and progress to issue these revised plans. This will consist of floor plans, elevations, 3D Perspectives & a 3D SketchUp Model. We love this download feature as it really provides an understanding for our client to envision their dream outcome!

• We then ask our clients to review these design developments and provide feedback again. Revisions will then be completed to finalise the 3D model and other design elements.

• At the end of this stage, we recommend talking to builders to get estimates and ensure the design is within your budget. This provides the client with confidence that the process is still moving in the right direction!
