How much will it cost to design my build/renovation?It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We offer bespoke packages tailored to your specific design goals. We understand that every project is unique, which is why we don’t take a cookie-cutter approach. All of our fee proposals are aligned with your individual brief.

How do I know how much to budget for my build or renovation?We can guide you based on your goals, site conditions, and current market rates. Once we understand your vision, we’ll give you a ballpark estimate for construction and help you align your design with your budget. We also work closely with builders to ensure costs are realistic and transparent early on.

Do I need a designer if I already have a builder?Yes! A designer creates the plans your builder will follow and helps you make key decisions upfront, reducing the risk of costly changes down the track.

Will I be able to make changes along the way?Of course. We want you to love your design, so we'll work with you to refine it until it feels just right. Our packages include standard revision allowances, and if more time is needed, we can continue at an hourly rate to ensure every detail is perfect.
